IIT Bombay conducts CEED every year for students seeking admission in Master of Design programme in IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad and IISc Bangalore.
The Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) is held to check an applicant’s knowledge in the field of designing and other skills necessary for the profession.
Post the examination, IIT Bombay announces CEED results to take the admission process further.
An aspirants’ designing ability is tested in Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) and shortlisted ones are allowed to get admission in M. Des courses offered at IITs and IISc Bangalore.
CEED 2017 will be conducted on January 22, 2017, by IIT Bombay in various cities.
CEED 2017 Results
Once the CEED exam will be conducted, IIT Bombay will declare CEED 2017 results on March 10, 2017.
Applicants will be eligible for admission only after scoring qualifying marks in CEED examination.
Students will be allowed to download CEED 2017 scorecards till March 15, 2017.
CEED score is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the results.

- Login using registered email-id
- Click on CEED results 2017
- CEED 2017 score card will appear
- Download CEED 2017 result and take a printout
- Keep a copy for future references
Also, qualified candidates are recommended to take the CEED scorecard with them at the time of admission along with the required documents for verification and IIT admission fees.
M. Des Admission Process in IIT
Candidates should note that qualifying CEED examination does not guarantee admission in IITs or IISc Bangalore. Fulfilling the admission criteria of the preferred institute is mandatory.
Aspirants must also note that the admission criteria of every institute is different. After the announcement of results, qualified candidates can apply to the institute of their choice.
