Perhaps, BITS cut off will not be affected. As we know, that BITS has increased 1800 seats, so the cut-off is going to remain the same.
In the year 2015, when the IIT JEE ranks came out and the students had to pay the admission fees (20k) to stay in the further rounds of counselling some student’s applications got accepted. The difference between the final round and 1st round was around 15-20 marks.
This can give you an idea about the cut-offs.
