CEED 2018 online application process will start from October 9, 2017. Official CEED 2018 information bulletin has already been updated on IIT Bombay website. Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay every year. The exam is a gateway to a Masters Degree in Designing (M.Des) and PhD programmes in various prestigious institutions including IITs and IISc. Candidates who meet CEED 2018 eligibility criteria can register for the exam by filling the online application form and can appear for the exam scheduled on January 20, 2018.

CEED 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Before proceeding with the online application process, candidates must check the CEED 2018 eligibility criteria. CEED 2018 Application Process
Once you have gone through CEED 2018 eligibility criteria and consider yourself eligible for the exam, you can proceed with the registration process. Make sure you go through online application process guidelines before sitting to fill the form as one mistake in the form filling process can lead to cancellation of your application. Further, check all the documents required to complete the application process and keep them ready with you. Keep a scanned copy of all the documents in the prescribed size and upload them while filling CEED 2018 application form online. Step Wise CEED application process 2018
#Step 1: Create Login ID
CEED registration process starts with the creation of a login ID that you need to use for all further communication. To create login ID, candidates need to enter details including their email address, full name, gender, address, date of birth, mobile number and a password. A secure password can be created by making a minimum 8 character long password with a mix of one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one special character.
#Step 2: Login to the account to star form filling process
Once you have created your login ID, you need to open your account by entering the email ID and password. There you need to choose your qualifying exam along with the year of passing. It is a verification process to ensure that you are eligible for the exam. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be asked to click on “Mobile Verification Link” and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
#Step 3: Fill CEED application form
The OTP you received on your registered mobile number will help you log in on the official website. Once you are logged in, you need to fill the required details in CEED 2018 registration form.

#Step 4: Upload documents
Once you have filled all the important details, the next step in the registration process is to upload the documents mentioned in the CEED 2018 notification. Given below is the list of documents you need to upload along with your application form:
- Recent coloured photograph
- Scanned copy of a signature
- Scanned copy of degree/ diploma for the students who have completed their course
- Scanned copy of final year mark list for the candidates who haven’t got final degree certificate
- Candidates from reserved categories need to produce valid category certificate
#Step 5: Pay an application fee

#Step 6: Take print out of online application form
Carefully read all the details you have filled in the application form and click on the submit button once you are sure that everything is correct. Now take a printout of the form for future use.

CEED 2018 application process will be considered complete only after payment of application fees. Candidates from general category need to pay CEED application fee of INR 2200. The application fee for candidates from reserved categories and female candidates is INR 1100.
- CEED 2018 application fee can be paid only in online mode through net banking or credit/ debit card.
- Fee once paid is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances. So candidates should make payment with utmost care.
