EduGorilla’s Product Cancellation Policy

Kindly go through the following when looking for the cancellation of your order(s) for EduGorilla’s product(s)

  1. Cancellation by EduGorilla: There may be certain orders that EduGorilla is unable to accept and must cancel. EduGorilla reserves the right, with its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel the return/refund of any order for any reason, whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, receiving of the order of cancellation AFTER the shipment of the product, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by EduGorilla credit and fraud avoidance department.
  2. Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations by the user, EduGorilla reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if EduGorilla receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by EduGorilla we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. The Company offers FREE CANCELLATION of the product only BEFORE the shipment. EduGorilla will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. EduGorilla has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by EduGorilla and accept EduGorilla’s decision regarding the cancellation.
  3. In cases of ‘Bulk Orders’: EduGorilla reserves the right to cancel any orders that fall into the category of ‘Bulk Orders.’ Any EduGorilla cash or Promo Code or Discount Coupon Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy.

An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
  • Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address.
  • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.

‘Bulk Orders’ will stand canceled in the following events:

  • Invalid address given in order details.
  • Any malpractice used to place the order.

FOR TEST SERIES– No Refunds on Online Test Series purchase! (Read Below)

REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE OF ANY OF EDUGORILLA’S Mock Tests/Online Test Series/Exam Preparation Package in the following cases.

  • If there is content in the Mock Tests/Online Test Series/Exam Preparation Package.
  • The exam pattern of Mock Tests/Online Test Series/Exam Preparation Package is up to date.

FOR MOCK INTERVIEWS– No Refunds/Rescheduling Policy on Online Test Series purchase! (Read Below)

  • EDUGORILLA DOESN’T ASSURE REFUNDS OF OUR MOCK INTERVIEWS UNDER ANY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES MENTIONED DOWN BELOW. If the session has been booked & your interview has been scheduled.
  • EDUGORILLA DOESN’T ASSURE RESCHEDULING OF OUR MOCK INTERVIEWS UNDER ANY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES MENTIONED DOWN BELOW. If the Date and Time of the scheduled Interview have passed.
  • Mock Interviews Scheduling Protocol
    The following protocols shall be followed at all times while scheduling your mock interview sessions. None of the clauses below is changeable or amendable under any circumstances.
    1. For 1 Mock Interview Session- The session can be booked for a date at most 1 month away from the date of registering for the session.
    2. For 3 Mock Interview Sessions- The sessions can be booked for a date at most 2 months away from the date of registering for the sessions.
    3. For 5 Mock Interview Sessions- The sessions can be booked for a date at most 3 months away from the date of registering for the sessions.

No refunds are to be issued under the above-mentioned circumstances.

FOR GIBBON– No Refunds Policy on Gibbon! (Read Below)

REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE OF ANY FEATURE OF GIBBON UNTIL WE ARE IN BREACH OF ANY TERMS AS MENTIONED DOWN BELOW.

  • Any sales representative has committed a service/feature/add-on which our company won’t offer. In that case we will either compensate with a refund or provide a replacement of the requested service/feature/add-on. (Drop a mail to [email protected])

EduGorilla requests you to follow the below-mentioned steps to claim your return/refund of the amount with which you purchased the product(s):

  1. The amount will be returned/refunded to you only if you made an ONLINE purchase of the product.
  2. In the case that you receive a defective/damaged product, or you receive a product not meeting the specifications as per your expectations regarding your original order, you are strongly advised to get in touch with us, within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of the product, through any 1 of the ways, mentioned below:

  1. On receiving your complaint, EduGorilla will verify the genuineness and the nature of the complaint. Upon the confirmation of the issue(s) raised in your complaint, we shall replace the defective material that you received. However, in the case of baseless or frivolous complaint(s) regarding the quality and content of the products, EduGorilla reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by EduGorilla in this regard.
  2. On your part, we kindly request you to ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you to refuse the delivery and inform EduGorilla at the earliest. The refund process may be restricted by EduGorilla depending on the nature and category of the product.
  3. In order to return any products sold through the Website, you are required to comply with the below-mentioned conditions, viz:
    1. Please notify EduGorilla of the receiving of a damaged/defective product/service within 24-hours of delivery to you (as we also have mentioned above in point number 1). If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, EduGorilla will not be held responsible for the failure and to replace the order.
    2. Products/Services should be unused.
    3. EduGorilla will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event EduGorilla is unable to do so, EduGorilla will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier/freight charges will be reimbursed in a form as determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with EduGorilla.
    4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices, etc.
    5. We strongly advise you that the packets to be returned should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
    6. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by EduGorilla in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.
    7. If the product returned by you is duly accepted by EduGorilla, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of the product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and EduGorilla subjects it to the condition that it will credit your refund directly into your bank accounts.
    8. Discount Coupon Code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by the customer or EduGorilla.
  4. Purchase done under offers are not refundable.
  5. EduGorilla will not be responsible for any mishappening on the part of the agency of courier for the product.
  6. Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
  7. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund.
  8. Please be mindful for the set-up of the rule that for the products having a validity of 1 month, the time taken for the refund by us, will be that of a week.
  9. Also, for the products having the validity of more than a month, the time taken for the refund by us will be of a month.
  10. On the meeting of all/the required number of applicable conditions, which will also be approved by us, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of 10% of the order value.
