Physical education is an educational training through which we learn to take care of our body. It helps to gain physical fitness and strength. - To make physical education interesting, the physical instructor can bring a variety in physical training. Such as, some days could be for karate, some days for yoga, some days for gymnastics or any other sports. Karate is specifically great for both physical fitness and self-defense.
- Both teachers’ and parents’ support is important. Teachers, as well as parents, need to encourage them and provide the children with information about their sport or physical activity.
- Physical education could be an alternative career option. If parents and teachers understand that and help the students to grow in their students then there will be a good environment for physical education in every school.
- Teachers and parents also need to focus on students’ proper nutrition and a healthy diet. Without proper diet and nutrition, it is impossible to continue physical training effectively.
