XAT Important Dates 2018 – XLRI has announced the important dates of XAT 2018. Official notification of XAT was released August 14, 2017, which has revealed all the dates and details regarding XAT exam 2018. Exam date of XAT 2018 is on January 7 which is first Sunday of the month. There are no major changes stated in the notification except one i.e. XAT 2018 will be conducted in online mode. Till now XAT was being held in the offline mode. The application process of XAT 2018 has begun from August 16, 2017. The last date to apply for the XAT exam is November 30, 2017. All the eligible candidates must fill the XAT registration form within the specified timeline. In case, any candidate fails to register on or before November 30, option for late registration is also available. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of XAT from December 27, 2017, onwards.
Xavier Aptitude Test is conducted every year for the admission to various post graduate management courses offered by XLRI, XAMI member institutes and other prestigious B-Schools of India. There is very tough competition among the candidates as every year more than 1 lakh students appear for this exam.

Who are eligible for the XAT 2018?
Candidates who have done their bachelor’s degree with minimum 50 percent marks can apply for XAT 2018. Also, the final year students of graduation are eligible to write XAT 2018. All the candidates are advised to check the XAT eligibility criteria 2018 before initiating the application process.
Things to know about XAT 2018 Registration Process
XAT 2018 application process has started from August 16, 2017. XAT aspirants will have to register online. For the successful registration, candidates must provide all the details like basic information, educational qualification, work experience and other required documents. Payment of XAT application fee can be done online or offline.
XAT Admit Card 2018
Admit card of XAT 2018 will be available from December 27, 2017. Candidates who will register successfully for the XAT exam will be able to download the admit card. Admit card will be issued online. XAT admit card will contain all the information regarding the candidate, XAT examination centre and other instructions of the exam. Candidates must carry the hall ticket of XAT 2018 to the examination centre.
XAT Exam Pattern 2018
XAT will be conducted on January 7, 2018, in the online mode for the first time. It will be comprised of both objective and subjective type of questions. Paper will be divided into two parts. Paper 1 will consist of verbal & logical ability, Decision making & quantitative ability and data interpretation. Paper 2 will be comprised of essay writing and general knowledge. Candidate must read all the guidelines of the exam before attempting the questions.
XAT 2018 will be conducted at different national and international locations which will be published soon. The result of XAT 2018 will be declared online in the last week of January 2018. On the basis of XAT result, candidates will be shortlisted for the further admission rounds. The result will be announced in the form of scorecard which will be published online.
