A glass designer or a glassblower renders works for glass making it usable for various industries and for aesthetic purposes. A glassblower or designer is responsible for designing, producing, decorating and finishing pieces of glass. They mold glass to make glassware, stemware, and giftware, architectural glass, crafted glass windows, ornate items.
One could work as a scientific glassblower, designing and repairing laboratory glass. They can work with individual artists in their design studios. They can also work in museums and historic places to restore age-old glassworks which can be of extreme importance to the national heritage of any country.
