What was started in 1988 as Aakash Institute for Medical Entrance Exams with only one center in Delhi has now become a one-stop destination for preparation of medical, engineering and other entrance examinations. It has a very good pan-India presence coupled with excellent results in medical examinations. It offers regular classroom programs, distance learning, and E-learning programs. The courses are long-term courses, short-term courses, test-series courses, and crash courses.
In 1993, this coaching center got maximum selections in Delhi-PMT compared to other coaching centers. One of the students made it proud by securing 1st rank in Delhi PMT in 1994. Aakash team put all their efforts to keep the trend of topping Delhi PMT consistent and there were successful in it. One of the students bagged 1st rank in CBSE (AIPMT/PDT) Final Exam in 2000. Meanwhile, Aakash kept opening centers throughout the country to ensure to ensure that none of the students remain far from its outreach. In 2012, Aakash had more than 6,000 selections in Medical Entrance Examinations. 27,260 students qualified for counseling in CBSE (NEET-UG) in 2013. Breaking all the previous records, 32,500 Aakash aspirants got selected in CBSE NEET-UG 2016.
The success story continued in 2017 as well. 6 out of top 10 students, 10 out of top 20 students were selected in NEET with 60 students being in top 100 (NEET Overall Ranks). Totally 53,842 aspirants qualified in CBSE NEET-UG 2017 with Aakash’s help. Have a look at the below data:
