Job description
- Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Make calls and follow up with potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
- Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets.
- Building and hiring of the sales team of Business Development Associates as per the company expansion plan.
- Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales.
- Experience in education sales is highly preferred.
- Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
