Best Recruiting Companies of Civil Engineers in India

There are mainly two types of recruitment/placement namely on-campus and off-campus. On-campus is the one in which companies recruit through placement in colleges and universities, on the other hand, off-campus is the one in which companies hire through special recruitment schemes like interview or recruitment exam.

Well, talking about advantages on-campus recruitment is far better as this may have high package and promotion may be soon (although this entirely depends on the performance). Moreover, there are many Best companies which only recruit through On-campus. The Off-campus recruitment is usually tough to crack as the competitions are huge. This is considering the scenario of Best PSU’s and big companies. As for such case the recruitment is held at national level and the number of posts to be recruited are limited may be at maximum 100 and the number of participants will be in thousands and lakh.

So, if you were not getting placed in the college placement then you will need to work extremely hard if you dream to get employed in some big companies and if you are a fresher. On the other hand, if you are still an engineering student and still have chances give you attend placement, then forget everything for some time and give your full attention to this placement and do not ruin any opportunity. It’s very difficult for fresher to get a job in good companies once you are out of the college. It has been found that in India about 90 percent of engineering graduates are unemployed.
