Pay Package

Ajay Banga
Ajay Banga is an Indian American business executive. He is the current president and chief executive officer of MasterCard. MasterCard announced on April 12, 2010 that Banga, previously MasterCard's president and chief operating officer, had been named by the Board of Directors to serve as the company’s president and chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2010. The company also announced that Banga would become a member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Banga, 50, succeeded Robert W. Selander, who had been MasterCard's CEO since March 1997. In February 2015, President Barack Obama appointed Banga to serve as a Member of the President's Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations. Presently, he is also the chairman of the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) representing more than three hundred of the largest international companies investing in India.
Nikesh Arora
Nikesh Arora is an Indian businessman who served as a former Google executive. He later served as the president for SoftBank Group, joining the company in October 2014 until stepping down on 21 June 2016. Born to an Indian Air Force officer, Arora graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU in Varanasi with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1989. He holds a degree from Boston College and an MBA from Northeastern University. He also holds the CFA designation. Arora joined Google in 2004. He held multiple senior operating leadership roles at Google, serving as President, Global Sales Operations and Business Development from 2009 to 2010, President Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2007 to 2009 and Vice President, Europe Operations from 2004 to 2007. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Google Inc. (Google) since January 2011 until July 2014.
