New Delhi, Mar 29, 2018: Rohit Manglik shared his valuable entrepreneurial views in his typical eloquent manner as a panelist, during BW Businessworld Growth Leadership Conclave and Awards 2018, at Haryana in which participants from all across the country participated. Rohit enlightened the panelists and the audience about his exciting journey from an investment banker to the CEO of one of the scintillating Indian startups of the country. Recollecting one of his visits to his hometown, he revealed a disturbing moment when he found out the discrepancy between what guidance students were looking for and what different educational entities were providing them with. He said, “The approach is not holistic or transparent for the students. We started collecting data, using artificial intelligence and machine learning.”
Rohit also briefed the audience on the most important aspects of hiring in a startup. He told that the employees who join a startup in its early stage can help establish its brand image with their belief in its concept and can in final stages can turn out to be its key employees. He stressed on the factor of never letting the employees go, which he himself had cultivated at EduGorilla in its early stages. He added that culture, motivation, and growth are the factors that made the initial employees stay. He further said, “If your fundamentals are correct, you are in the right direction,”
