Lucknow, June 14th, 2021: EduGorilla’s Representative and Content Writing Team Manager Mr. Manpreet Lakhanpal recently attended QUEST Alliance’s Virtual Guest Session for ITI, NSTI, and VTI students on behalf of EduGorilla. He was invited as a guest speaker to address the aspiring students from these colleges. The topic on which Manpreet spoke was, “How to start the career with the first job after ITI & The Skill We Need For Job For Fresher?”
In the address, Mr. Manpreet interacted with the students and told them about the things employers look for whilst hiring new employees.
“Honesty is by far the most important aspect in an Employer-Employee relationship,” said Mr. Manpreet in his address. The meeting conveyed for about an hour at the end of which Mr. Manpreet also answered students’ questions and their confusions regarding Job Profiles and Career Choices.
“Although a tree and a stone both look stationary, the tree actually grows while the stone doesn’t. And companies always look for a tree and not a stone. Someone who is stable and yet growing. That is what we should all aspire to be.”
