MAT Important Dates 2018– AIMA has announced the exam dates of MAT 2018 for February attempt. As per the timeline published by AIMA, MAT 2018 will be conducted in online and offline mode on February 4 and 10 respectively. The entire schedule of the exam has been released with the application form of Management Aptitude Test. The registration will start from December 20 and will be continued until January 26 for offline and online mode of test. After the completion of MAT 2018 registration process, admit card will be issued to the candidates. The result of MAT 2018 is expected to be declared in February. MAT score will remain valid for a session. However, some institutes accept the score for a period of one year

MAT or Management Aptitude Test is an examination that screens the students for their management skills in order to grab a seat in a B-school in India. It acts as one of the gate-keeper examinations for students to secure admission for the MBA courses.

As per the MAT eligibility criteria 2018, candidates who have done their graduation in any disciple with a minimum 50% can apply for the exam. Also, a student appearing for final year exams of graduation or waiting for the result of same is eligible to apply for MAT.
There will be 200 questions in five different sections. Each section will have 40 questions. It will be a test of two hours and thirty minutes. Only multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam. Candidates will have to select the right answer out of given choices. There will be five sections of the exam i.e. Reading comprehension, Mathematical Skills/Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis & Sufficiency/ Data Interpretation, Logical and Critical reasoning, Indian and Global Environment/ General Awareness.

MAT 2018 exam can be processed in both the modes i.e. offline and online. The registration fee for MAT February 2018 is INR 1271. The registration procedure will begin from December 20 and the last date to apply offline and online is January 26 2018. In the case of offline registration, candidates will have to purchase the MAT bulletin and CD from the designated AIMA Centres.

Candidates can download the MAT 2018 admit card after the completion of application process. Specific admit card will be generated for both the modes i.e. paper-based and computer-based MAT exam. Candidates have to carry the admit card on the day of MAT exam, otherwise, will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
