About the Founders
Founded by Col Pieush Agarwal, the institute as prolific and accomplished as the man himself. Col Agarwal is a celebrated Army man with a vision to plan, build and execute some mind blowing strategy. Col. Pieush Agarwal, alumni of RIMC(Rashtriya Indian Military College) & NDA is a thorough professional with varied and vast experience in the Indian Army at the top level in the field of HR. He has been a trainer at NSG, Manesar (Black Cat Commandos) and handled Special Security in a High- Risk Environment. He has been part of Kargil war in 1999 and has led several missions in J&K. But he is not the only one running this institute.
Along with him is Dr. Sapna Agarwal, senior behavioral expert, international trainer and parenting consultant. She has conducted various seminars on time management, team management, leadership, talent management, parenting and many such topics at national and the international level.
