Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design 2018 (UCEED 2018) is conducted By Indian Institute of Technology Bombay under UCEED Admissions Committee 2018. Candidates who aspire to take admission in the Bachelor Degree programme in Design (B. Des) at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) and Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDMJ) need to take UCEED 2018 examination. The exam will be conducted in January 2018 where the candidates will be asked around 85 questions on different topics. Candidates will get 3 hours to solve all the questions.

UCEED Answer Key 2018
IIT Bombay will publish the answer key of UCEED 2018 most probably in the fourth week of January. As the entrance examination of UCEED 2018 is an online test, re-evaluation, re-grading, re-totalling and other such moves will be difficult. Retrieving the candidate’s answer sheets are impossible on the computer-based test (CBT). The exam conducting body will announce the date on which the answer key will be published.
UCEED 2018 answer key will contain question number along with the correct answer for it. Candidates can compare their answers with the answer key to find the right answers. Candidates having any doubt or comments on UCEED answer key draft are allowed to send their feedback to the UCEED authorities. Candidates can drop a mail to the exam conducting committee at the following email address ‘uceed@iitb.ac.in’ and they can mention the subject line as follows “Comments on Answer Keys”. Email without a subject line will neither be considered valid nor will be accepted. Answer key of UCEED 2018 helps the students clarify their doubts and get an idea of the marks they will get in the exam.
How to Download UCEED 2018 Answer Key
- The draft answer key and the question paper of UCEED 2018 will be published together by the IIT Bombay
- The answer key will be released tentatively in the month of February 2018.
- The candidates can drop a mail to the exam conducting committee in the following email address uceed@iitb.ac.in in case of any discrepancies with subject line “Comments on Answer Keys”.
- Email without a subject line will not consider valid.
UCEED 2018 Exam Pattern
UCEED 2018 exam pattern explains the structure of the paper including subjects, exam duration, marks allotted, negative marking and type of questions. It helps candidates get an idea of the type of questions and the duration they will get to solve these questions. The exam will be of 3 hours’ duration. There will be three sections from which the questions come and the mode of conducting the examination will be online. Each correct answer in Section A will carry 4 marks, Section B will have 4 marks for each right answer and for Section C, 3 marks will be given for each correct answer. There is a negative marking of 1 mark in section C only.
UCEED 2018 Counselling
UCEED 2018 Joint Seat Allocation process will be completely based on the candidate’s score/ rank in the qualifying examination. A provisional allotment letter will be sent to the aspirants who are selected for the admission under UCEED 2018. The candidates are admitted to each course as per their performance in the entrance examination as well as UCEED 2018 counselling.
