Why Government Sector Remains the Top Choice for Employment in India

“Who wouldn’t want a fixed working hours?”

“Who wouldn’t want their salary to be credited on the first of month?”

“Who would not like some cost cuttings or allowances for travelling, financial security, education and provident fund?”

Having a sarkari job will make answers to all these questions a rhetorical one. It is not because we have been brought up and taught by our parents to work in a govt office, but seeing its many perks has strengthened our faith on them. A great range of our population, who are more than 8th Pass to Graduates, Post Graduates and PhDs apply for government jobs.

A regular way of getting a sarkari job is to qualify the exam conducted by the organization, which tests the basic rationality and awareness of the candidate. This is mostly followed by an interview, which is a personality test. Candidates from all over India apply for the releasing vacancies by the government.
