Green Walk and Dream Talk

One day during holidays, I went to a zoo with my friends. The Zoo in our city is Green and beautiful. Humboldt Penguins were brought from Chile and we were excited to see them too.

We were amused and super surprised to see all the animals talking to each other and with us

We went to penguin house first where penguins were swimming happily in their new home. They said ‘“we are enjoying all attention that we get from children!”
When we reached crocodile enclosure. We were afraid to see big creature with wide open mouth. One crocodile was heard whispering  “I wish if a human jumps inside, we will have delicious lunch”

Python was resting inside a log said “Ssssssh I want to eat deer for my dinner”

Our friends Elephants said“We want to wander in the woods with our herd; Can u take us to our forest ?”

Deers and Sambars were inviting us to play with them and said “This zoo is such a nice place; we have this grassy area where we play together”

The Hippo was telling her child “Come on! Let’s dive into water”

The Rhino was happy as she had given birth to a cute little calf.

Monkey’s Happiness had no limit to see so many children. They said ‘”Come lets swing and slide and pull each other’s tail. Oh!! you all are like us but have no tail! He He He He!!”

The Pelican had huge wings ‘”See my wings, I can fly high in the sky!”

A crane caught a Fish and said  “See I am so talented, I can catch a fish and make it my dish”

The Haunting Hyena was giving angry look from inside his cage

We asked baby lion whether he knows how to hunt. He said “No, We don’t  hunt ! We don’t kill anyone. We get food from Humans” So innocent cub!

We children were really very happy to talk with them. Yes, we were happy but confused too!!

Should we humans cage animals for our entertainment? Or should we leave them in the Wild and protect their natural habitat? We kept Pondering
