KEAM 2018– Karnataka Engineering Architecture and Medical (KEAM) exam is a state level entrance exam conducted every year by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala for admission in engineering, medical, agricultural, architecture and forestry courses offered by around 365 institutes of Kerala. No official information related to the examination have been revealed yet. However, according to the previous year’s information, the KEAM 2018 Entrance test will be held on 23 & 24 April 2018, wherein candidate’s knowledge on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be tested. The application forms of KEAM 2018 will be released in the month of February and candidates can apply online until the last week of the March. KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2018

Aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria for KEAM 2018 in order to avoid cancellation of the application form.

  • One needs to be an Indian national to apply for KEAM exam 2018 or should be a Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of Indian (OCI). Also, candidate’s age should not be less than 17 years as on December 31, 2018.
  • Applicants appearing for medical KEAM 2018 exam must have 10+2 qualification with a minimum of 50% in Biology/Biotechnology individually & 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Biotechnology together. For engineering, exam marks obtained should be 50% in Mathematics individually and 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics together.

KEAM Application Form 2018

The application form will be released in the second week of February 2018. Aspirants who are willing to take the KEAM 2018 Examination should submit their online application forms before the last date, which will fall in the month of March 2018. Along with the details, candidates have to make sure that they have submitted the application fee and uploaded the necessary documents. Make sure you provide all the correct details else your application form will not be accepted by the conducting body.

How to Apply for KEAM 2018

Visit the official website of KEAM, https://www.cee.kerala.gov.in/main.php

  • Click on ‘KEAM 2018’ on the homepage
  • Fill the KEAM 2018 application form
  • Attach the scanned copies of required documents
  • Pat the KEAM application fees via security card or demand draft drawn on a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank in favour of CEE, Kerala payable at Thiruvananthapuram
  • Send the application form along with all the enclosures at the official address
  • Keep a copy for future references

General applicants will be charged with INR 1000 and SC applicants with INR 500 as application fees, whereas ST candidates will be exempted from payment of KEAM application fees.

KEAM Admit Card 2018

CEE will allow the applicants to download KEAM 2018 admit cards in the month of March once the application process ends. Also, candidates are requested to take a print of their admit cards as it is a mandatory document to appear in this entrance examination.

  • Click on ‘KEAM 2018’ link on the homepage
  • Click on KEAM 2018 Admit Card
  • Enter the Registration number and date of birth to download the admit card
  • The respective admit Card will appear on your screen
  • Download the same and take a print copy.

Also, applicants are recommended to check their details on the admit cards and contact the examination authority immediately in case of any misprint.

KEAM Exam Pattern 2018

KEAM sets two different test papers — one for KEAM engineering exam and the other for KEAM medical exam. Though both the exam papers consist of 120 MCQs each section (240 total). A total of 150 minutes i.e. two and a half hours are allotted to attempt the KEAM question paper.

Applicants should also keep in mind that 4 marks will be allotted for every correct answer, whereas 1 mark each will be deducted as a penalty for every wrong answer from total 480 marks of question paper. It is an offline mode examination.

KEAM Result 2018
